How Often Will I Get a Delivery? You Choose when you sign up. You can get a delivery once per month or twice per month. You can change or modify that at any time. No hidden fees, easy peasy.
I've Never Bought from a Farm or a Farmer Before. Is it Safe? Yes. All of our animals are processed at a USDA inspected private facility, that is also Animal Welfare inspected & certified. Our animals are raised outside to ensure they are happy & healthy. No added growth hormones or antibiotics needed!
Can I Add Other Things? Yes! Just let us know if you need any add-on's for a special meal, party or anything else. We will get you all taken care of.
It is the same cost every time? Yes. The same fee for each delivery. We usually bill your card a day or two before your box arrives.
Is it the same meat every time? No. We mix it up to give you great options for your family.
Am I going to get a bunch of liver & weird cuts I don't know what to do with? No. We create boxes with our most popular cuts, such as ground beef, bacon, pork chops, fajita strips & more.
How is it packaged & delivered? We normally deliver/ship in styrofoam. BUT, we now have the option to upgrade to Green Cell packaging. This is a completely compostable packaging. It is quite a bit more expensive, so if you want to help go green, please choose the Green Upgrade.

Creamy Garlic & Cheese Brussel Sprouts
You'll Need:
6 Slices Schenker's Uncured Regular or Peppered bacon
1 Tablespoon real butter
4 Cups Brussel sprouts bottoms removed and halved (fresh is best)
½ Cup chopped onion (optional)
2 Tablespoons garlic minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
salt and pepper to taste
1 Cup heavy cream
1/2 Cup shredded parmesan cheese*
½ Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut bacon into small pieces.
3. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook 3-4 minutes or until crispy but not burned.
4. Remove the bacon from the pan. Add 1 tablespoon butter, brussels sprouts, and onion to the same pan you cooked the bacon in. Season with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning; Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Pour in heavy cream, stir until bubbling. Top with cheese and bacon. Put the skillet in the oven and bake 15 minutes.
This is a KETO-Friendly dish with very low carbs. It is so delicious, you will never know it's diet food. ;) Happy Eating! Cherie
You Will Need
1. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil & beef; cook for 4 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
2. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic to pan; cook for 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add tomato paste and rest of ingredients to pan; cook 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and liquid evaporates. Spoon about 1 cup beef mixture on bottom half of each bun; top with top halves of buns. *We like to add cheese to the top too!
This a quick easy recipe that is filling & great for game nights. You can even make up a batch and freeze it was a quick reheat when you are too busy to cook.
Notes: If you want to "sneak" in some extra veggies, puree a few carrots and add to the mix while cooking. It adds sweetness and the kids will never know they are in there. ;)
