Refund policy
We are not responsible for lost orders, orders that aren't picked up, combat-related or carrier related delays, incorrect mailing addresses provided to us or other calamities that may occur. We are not responsible for any order shipped outside of the continental United States. We also suggest confirming the correct address. If a zip code or line of a mailing address is wrong, it may result in unwanted delays. APO/FPO orders with unconfirmed addresses may be held or cancelled until an address can be verified. APO/DPO/FPO containers are REQUIRED to be returned intact. Failure to return a container intact may result in a replacement charge of $150, per container not returned (APO/FPO/DPO only). By law, perishable products may not be returned. All Sales are Final.
