Terms of service

APO/DPO/FPO containers are REQUIRED to be returned intact. Failure to return a container intact may result in a replacement charge of $150, per container not returned (APO/FPO/DPO only). We are not responsible for lost orders, orders that aren't picked up, combat-related or carrier related delays, incorrect mailing addresses provided to us or other calamities that may occur. We are not responsible for any order shipped outside of the continental United States. APO/FPO orders with unconfirmed addresses may be held or cancelled until an address can be verified. We also suggest confirming the correct address. If a zip code or line of a mailing address is wrong, it may result in unwanted delays. Accounts with returned checks are subject to a returned check fee of $35. Credit & debit card chargebacks/disputs are subject to a $35 fee if found in our favor. Accounts with returned checks or credit/debit card chargebacks may be prosecuted under the fullest extent of the law. APO accounts with unreturned containers after 30 days will be charged a $150 replacement container fee. APO/FPO orders which have chosen the incorrect shipping option (frozen vs. non-frozen) will be corrected and charged the correct amount. Orders shipped to or picked up within the State of Kansas are subject to sales tax, by law. We reserve the right to correct an order that is required to, but did not pay sales tax and charge the additional amount required. By law, perishable products may not be returned.
