Beef Heart In Wine Sauce

Ingredients:

*4+ pounds beef heart
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* salt and pepper to taste
* 3 tablespoons butter
* 1 onion, chopped

Chorizo Sausage and Tomatillo Puff Pastry ~ Cowboy Crisps

German Apple Sausage Hash

1/4 c Butter
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Med. Apples (cored & sliced)
1/4 C Chopped Onion
