The cuts in a Quarter/Split-Side of Beef (110 lbs.) are:
Strips & Filet, Rib Eye Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Tri Tip Steak, Sirloin Tip Roast, Chuck Roast, Arm Roast, Rump Roast, Ribs, Brisket, Ground Beef, Stew Meat and Soup Bones.
You'll get: 60 lbs. of 95% Lean Grass Fed Ground Beef & 50 lbs. of Grass Fed Steaks, Roasts, Briskets, etc.
Our beef are harvested at 1,000-1,100 lbs. and dry aged for maximum tenderness and flavor!
Liver, Heart and Tongue are optional. Please specify if you would prefer KC Strips & Filets rather than T-Bone Steaks**. Price includes meat, processing & packaging!
